About This Course

This comprehensive esports project management course provides participants with a comprehensive understanding of project management principles and their application in the context of esports event management. Throughout the course, participants will gain insights into effective project communication and stakeholder management. They will learn about the key stages of project management, including initiation, planning, implementation, and post-event evaluation, with a specific focus on organizing and managing esports events. The course will culminate in a practical component, allowing participants to present their final presentations on a personally devised activations plan. By the end of the program, participants will be equipped with the necessary skills to successfully plan, execute, and evaluate esports events, ensuring their effectiveness and overall success.

Requirements

* No previous event management experience is required.
* Experience attending or livestreaming gaming events is preferred.
* A Discord account.
