Program Description

This 4-week program focuses on the main aspects of becoming an esports referee and the skills required for the role. Throughout the program, students explore a range of topics related to esports refereeing, including online/offline match management, referee tools and software, technical preparation, competition formats, monitoring competitions, and preventing cheating. A core objective of the program is to teach students how to approach esports refereeing like professionals — analyzing and adapting to different situations in real time, and developing a mindset centered on continuous improvement.
